Mindful Meditation
What it is
Mindful Meditation is a guided, 30-minute session designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system and create mental space. Using noise-cancelling headphones, the session offers a quiet, immersive experience with minimal external distraction.
What happens in the session
You’ll be guided through a gentle meditation focused on breath awareness, grounding and present-moment attention. The headphones help create a calm, contained environment so you can fully relax into the session.
Who can attend
This session is suitable for anyone, no meditation experience is required. It’s ideal for beginners, busy professionals, people managing stress, or anyone wanting a quiet reset.
What you need
Just arrive as you are. Comfortable clothing is recommended. There’s no expectation to “clear your mind” or perform in any way.
