With over two decades of experience as an aged care nurse, Michelle has devoted her career to supporting older people to maintain independence and quality of life. Her extensive background in both home care and residential aged care has shaped her holistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
As General Manager, Michelle leads with both clinical insight and genuine compassion, guiding the team to provide trusted, high-quality support for the communities they serve.
