2026 Wellness Program
The Centre Wellness Program offers a range of guided sessions designed to support everyday wellbeing, movement and mental health. Running throughout the year, the program includes a mix of meditation, breathwork, dance/movement, pilates, yoga, hypnotherapy and other wellbeing sessions, with options suited to different schedules, needs and experience levels.
Sessions are designed to be practical, accessible and easy to fit into daily life - whether you’re looking to slow down, reset, move your body or create space for yourself during the week.
