Description:

A fun and supportive30-minute free expression movement session for kids aged 4 and up. This session encourages children to explore movement in a playful, creative way — building confidence, body awareness, and emotional expression through dance and guided activities.

There’s no choreography and no “right way” to move. Kids are encouraged to move how their bodies feel, explore rhythm and space, and express themselves freely in a safe, inclusive environment. Perfect for developing confidence, creativity, and connection through movement.
