Standard Suites start at $125 / day.
Medical Suites start at $220 / day.
The Centre offers regular sessions and one-off events that support everyday wellbeing, movement and mental health.
Sessions run throughout the year and include meditation, breathwork, movement, pilates, yoga, hypnotherapy and other wellbeing practices.
With four flexible, open-plan spaces, The Centre is perfect for wellness workshops, fitness classes, community events, meetings, training sessions and more; professional, fully equipped and ready for your next event.
